Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Job Description

Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.

Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery.

Coincide with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project goals.

Oversee budgeting and cost control to ensure projects remain within financial parameters.

Review and approve project plans, specifications, and contracts.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Project Management experience
• Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects valued between $20M and $40M
• Strong financial management and budgeting experience
• Experience leading project teams and coordinating with field operations
• Knowledge of Design-Build and CM at Risk delivery methods
• Preferred Project Background- Education (K-12)

Pay
