Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in construction - proven experience in managing large scale projects, particularly in food processing and ground up construction.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A solid understanding of the construction industry, including processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management from initiation to completion.
• Managing the planning, design, and construction of cold storage facilities.
• Cooking with engineers, architects, and other construction and building specialists.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
• Managing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations.
• Identifying and managing potential risks or obstacles.
• Providing regular updates to senior management on project progress and challenges.
