About the role

Responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions. Manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Lead a team of developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers to deliver high-quality software products.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and management.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of software development tools and platforms such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
