About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager, Clinical PMO to join our Peripheral Vascular Division, where you will lead complex, cross-functional clinical programs that drive innovation and business success. This is an opportunity for a strategic leader who thrives on leading complex, cross-functional programs and is energized by optimizing resources, influencing stakeholders, and delivering meaningful results across multiple programs. This role is remote, though proximity to the Irvine office is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex clinical programs in complex regulatory, clinical, and technical environments, driving alignment to business objectives.
- Partner across Regulatory, Quality, R&D, Global Supply, Finance, Sales, and Marketing to ensure clinical strategies support enterprise priorities.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop, manage, and own project scope. Develop and manage the detailed project Gantt chart.
- Analyze critical path, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones while managing teams through execution and delivery.
- Develop and execute the communications management plan for the project team and the needs of key stakeholders.
- Develop a risk management plan for the project. Identify, analyze, and understand project risks; develop and monitor a risk response plan.
- Develop, manage, and forecast program budgets, driving cost efficiencies and financial accountability.
- Contribute to the growth and maturation of the PMO by standardizing project and program management best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant project management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of proven project management experience; clinical study project management experience is beneficial.
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects and cross-functional teams, collaborating and communicating effectively with global, cross-cultural stakeholders and team members.
- Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
Pay
United States pay ranges:
- Puerto Rico: $89,300 - $148,800 USD Annual
- USN: $102,600 - $171,000 USD Annual
- US5: $107,700 - $179,600 USD Annual
- US10: $112,900 - $188,100 USD Annual
- US15: $118,000 - $196,600 USD Annual
- US20: $123,100 - $205,200 USD Annual
- US30: $133,400 - $222,300 USD Annual
