About the role
BOND is seeking a professional to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing large, high-risk projects and multiple projects, utilizing strong management and technical skills in various disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong proactive relationships with clients
- Communicate timely with clients about change orders, schedules, contracts, etc.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Project Team, Owner, and Architect
- Perform all aspects of project-related cost management
- Aid in the development and maintenance of the construction schedule
- Monitor schedule and collaborate with team and subcontractors to meet milestones
- Implement and participate in the company's Safety Program
- Manage the Value Engineering process
- Analyze workload and staffing levels proactively and work to resolve issues related to manpower
- Track and manage insurance and subcontractor agreements and act as a business partner
- Work with senior management by keeping them informed, summarizing information, and trends
- Understand and implement best practices regarding staffing, performance management, EEO, and non-discrimination
- Promote a team atmosphere and display BOND values consistently
Requirements
- BS in Engineering or related degree (advanced degree helpful) or equivalent work experience
- Strong experience in management of large, high-risk projects and/or multiple projects
- Broad experience and technical skills in many relevant disciplines (estimating, preconstruction, field operations, management, and project accounting/finance)
- Proven client relationship and management skills
- Thorough knowledge of MEP systems and complex structures
- Excellent written and verbal communications, presentation, and influencing skills
- Robust knowledge of Primavera, Scheduling Software, Document Management Software, MS Project software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
