Senior Project & Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project & Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional programs that support automation initiatives and improve operational execution across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring structure to ambiguous situations, coordinate dependencies across product and engineering partners, and keep multiple workstreams moving toward delivery. Success in this position will require strong judgment, clear communication, and the ability to identify gaps early and turn them into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own planning and coordination for chatbot automation initiatives
• Drive program execution amidst shifting priorities
• Build and maintain operational infrastructure for the team
• Collaborate with product and engineering to launch automation solutions
• Identify gaps and proactively propose solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or similar roles in tech or e-commerce
• Experience managing concurrent programs with diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with automation, AI, or chatbot technology
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Asana
• Ability to create order in ambiguous situations

Pay

$122,000 – $155,000 annually
