Role And Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand technical documentation/baselines for our capabilities and various mission systems.
- Communicate basic technical understanding and business case to mission system owners and internal client leadership.
- Lead teams on capability deployments, may include travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites.
- Determine and report metrics to promote efficiency and continuous process improvement to deliver capabilities faster.
Qualifications
- Small team leadership/Project Management Experience with Data Analytics KPI and Metrics creation and reporting.
- Entrepreneurial and Motivated Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective organizational skills.
Desired Experience
- Relevant DoD and/or Industry work experience in Space Systems Command.
- Experience with Defensive Cyber Operations (SSC/SZWO) program office.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree, BS preferred; MA/MS desired; with MS/MA, 10 years’ experience required.
Clearance
- Top Secret (TS) security clearance, with SCI eligibility.
Location/Travel Requirements
- Place of work is Colorado Springs, at Government site.
- You may be required to travel periodically, less than 20%.
Pay Range
- The pay range for this position in Colorado is $155,000/year to $175,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors.
