Senior Project Manager - Aviation Market

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will provide leadership and direction for the execution of significant aviation projects. The best candidate will lead by example, mentor and coach junior-level team members and foster an environment of mutual respect and trust among senior-level team members.

Responsibilities

• Create, foster and sustain client relationships.
• Collaborate with other professionals to continue growing our aviation design practice.
• Provide leadership and direction for the execution of significant aviation projects.
• Work in close collaboration with both the firmwide Aviation Practice and the local offices.
• Execute assignments within the firm’s core values of “Teamwork, Respect, Integrity and Commitment.”

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in an architectural project manager role.
• Airport terminal or landside experience at medium to large hub airports preferred, large / complex project / program experience required.
• A Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited university or a 4-year degree with a Master of Architecture.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, good public speaking ability, strong project financial management skills, knowledge of production support systems and personal computer proficiency in MS Office Suite.
