Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex, multidisciplinary projects across the public and private sectors of aviation, civil/site, and/or structural disciplines
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and identifying growth opportunities
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring technical excellence and quality delivery
- Guide and mentor engineers and technical staff across teams
- Partner with leadership to expand our footprint in Western NY and the Northeast
- Represent the firm at industry events and within key aviation/infrastructure organizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in project management (aviation, transportation, civil/site, structural, or similar)
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex projects
- Experience working on airport projects, including terminal facilities, is a plus
- Interest in client relationship management and business development
- Familiarity with the Northeast market, including funding sources
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in NY (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited) or related field
