Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of integrated client programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
• Partner with client teams, finance, and agency specialists to develop statements of work (SOWs), monitor budgets, support forecasting, and identify scope changes or project risks.
• Develop project timelines, estimates, and work plans while helping teams prioritize deliverables, manage dependencies, and navigate changing priorities.
• Work closely with client teams, finance, resource management, and specialty practices to coordinate workflows, staffing, and project needs across integrated programs.
• Partner with resource management and team leads to help align staffing with project requirements and maintain visibility into team capacity.
• Help identify opportunities to improve project workflows, templates, and operational processes while supporting new business planning and agency initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience within a public relations, advertising, digital, marketing, or other agency environment.
• Experience managing integrated client programs, including project planning, budgeting, and timelines.
• Experience developing statements of work (SOWs), project estimates, and work plans.
• Strong understanding of agency operations and experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Experience monitoring budgets, forecasting, and identifying potential scope changes.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate teams, facilitate discussions, and build alignment across projects.
• Able to organize complex information into clear project plans and actionable next steps.
• Collaborative mindset with confidence identifying risks, asking questions, and recommending solutions.
• Passion for improving processes, supporting teams, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
