Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage highway and transportation-related projects.
- Lead and support PennDOT and PTC projects.
- Establish and maintain quality and reliability standards for transportation services.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Attend field meetings throughout Central and Eastern Pennsylvania as needed.
- Apply current engineering standards, technologies, and best practices to transportation projects.
- Support project planning, design, and delivery from initial development through completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional experience in highway and transportation engineering.
- Experience with PennDOT and/or PTC projects is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of transportation engineering principles, design standards, and practices.
- Experience with highway design and project management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Able and willing to attend field meetings in Central and Eastern Pennsylvania when required.
