Responsibilities
- Lead multiple complex indirect spend and purchased services implementation and onboarding projects for non-acute clients.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful project completion.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for indirect spend contract connections and implementation requirements.
- Guide clients through required documentation, data collection, and engagement activities to support implementation success.
- Track revenue pull-through following implementation and analyze utilization trends to support client outcomes.
- Utilize project management and reporting tools, including OLM, Contract Price Activation, Tableau, and related technologies.
- Build collaborative relationships with clients, distributors, suppliers, account executives, and internal teams.
- Deliver project pipeline updates, implementation status reports, and risk assessments to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Participate in supplier business reviews and provide insights regarding contract utilization, standardization opportunities, and implementation challenges.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance implementation efficiency, client satisfaction, and project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams preferred.
- Knowledge of indirect spend, purchased services, contract implementation, or supply chain operations preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project management tools, reporting platforms, and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
- Willingness to travel.
Pay
Estimated Hiring Range: $88,900.00 to $155,500.00
