Responsibilities
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals
- Serve as primary liaison with school districts, design teams, contractors, and public agencies
- Develop project procedures and support contract administration and A/E coordination
- Oversee cost management, scheduling, change management, risk mitigation, and project controls
- Manage design coordination, constructability reviews, bid phases, and project meetings
- Track progress against milestones and KPIs; provide status reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, permits, and agency requirements
- Supervise, mentor, and develop PMs, Assistant PMs, CMs, and project staff
- Support project closeout and owner turnover
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 7+ years of project management experience with senior-level oversight and staff supervision
- Experience with public agencies and school districts
- Experience with procurement (RFPs, RFQs, bid evaluations)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in project accounting, cost management, and administrative functions
- Knowledge of construction contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications
- Experience managing design phases (user groups, constructability, specifications)
- Ability to manage deadlines, resolve issues proactively, and track to completion
- Experience with local permitting authorities and change order negotiation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CM tools (Bluebeam, Procore, Prolog, Primavera)
- Experience with project controls, estimating, cost control, and scheduling
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; 7+ years of project management experience; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; experience with public agencies and school districts; experience with procurement; knowledge of construction contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications; experience managing design phases; ability to manage deadlines, resolve issues proactively, and track to completion; experience with local permitting authorities and change order negotiation; proficiency in Microsoft Office and CM tools; experience with project controls, estimating, cost control, and scheduling.

Pay
The posted salary range is USD $140,000.00 - USD $180,000.00 /Yr.
Schedule
Position may be required to travel to other projects throughout the state of WA.
