Skill Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Able to run effective meetings, document minutes, track actions, and follow up.
- Strong prioritization and execution skills.
- Proficient in Waterfall and SCRUM methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology.
- 7+ years of project management experience.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, etc.).
- Proven experience leading full lifecycle enterprise IT projects involving business processes, integration, and large global teams.
- Proficiency in project planning tools.
- Strong understanding of business processes and alignment with IT.
- Effective communication with executives and project teams.
- Experience in Cloud services and integration solutions preferred.
- Semiconductor industry experience is a plus.

Compensation
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
