Senior Project Manager

About the role
The Senior Project Manager reports to the Director of Project Managers and is based in Irvine, CA. This full-time, in-office/hybrid role leads strategic initiatives from discovery to rollout, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing scope or direction as needed.
- Collaborate with departments to understand needs and provide resolution options.
- Develop technical acumen related to departmental functions and technologies.
- Conduct project meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
- Provide documented weekly project updates.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
- Partner with third-party vendors to deliver project objectives.
- Lead pre-project, recurring, and post-project meetings.
- Train incoming project managers as required.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Develop and test project processes, presenting findings and recommendations.
- Create training content and disseminate information through marketing channels.
- Communicate project plans, timelines, and dashboards to stakeholders.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent military or practical experience.
- 6–8 years of Project Management or similar experience.
- Restaurant equipment and/or foodservice experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with enterprise software.
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Spark, InDesign, Illustrator, and Smartsheet is a plus.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.
