Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large electrical construction projects.
  • Manage Project Managers, Project Engineers, and project support staff while providing leadership and mentoring.
  • Oversee project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, billing, and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with field leadership and clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Cookordination with Superintendents to ensure field operations align with project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Lead project meetings with owners, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, procurement, and project documentation.
  • Identify project risks and implement solutions to minimize schedule and cost impacts.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, company policies, and safety standards.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial electrical construction projects.
  • Proven experience delivering large ground-up construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical construction.
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and contract administration.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience with data centers, mission-critical facilities, power generation, water/wastewater treatment, or other industrial projects is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
