Responsibilities
- Lead organization wide projects with significant complexity
- Manage interdependencies across multiple knowledge areas
- Drive stakeholder alignment and manage conflicting priorities
- Ensure realization of project benefits and alignment to strategic objectives
- Influence senior stakeholders and executives
- Standardize and optimize processes across projects
- Mentor junior PMs in standards and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5–8+ years of experience managing complex projects
- PMP certification required, Agile certifications a plus
- Advanced application of PM principles
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity and organizational complexity
- Strong coaching and leadership capabilities
