Senior Project Manager
About the role
The Senior Project Manager leads the full lifecycle of large, complex industrial construction projects across the Twin Cities region. Key responsibilities include leading project delivery, project execution, building relationships with industry partners, supporting business development, overseeing project execution with a focus on safety, schedule, budget, and quality, coaching and developing project teams, fostering collaboration, maintaining clear and consistent communication, managing project financials, guiding day-to-day operations, and ensuring seamless coordination across all phases of construction.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field required
- At least ten years of experience in construction project management and related functions
- A valid driver’s license may be required
Qualifications
- Broad understanding of successful project delivery including financial data, production planning, and lean process improvement techniques
- Ability to apply innovative management techniques to inspire and empower teams to produce desired results
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills are essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $123,000-$185,000 annually. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
