Senior Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage small, medium, and large projects
- Coordinate with customers and other agencies to deliver solutions
- Navigate through customer governance and provide updates
- Direct project team personnel, manage cost and schedule, ensure contract compliance, and serve as customer interface
- Manage technical, cost, and schedule of assigned tasks or functions
- Provide strong, proactive, and assertive leadership to engage multidiscipline work teams
- Make decisions at the project team level and escalate those that cannot be resolved timely
- Lead project team members through the lifecycle of a project
- Manage project teams including multiple vendors and work centers
- Create project management plans, set expectations, and ensure adherence to organizational procedures
- Coordinate with stakeholders to develop project scope, objectives, goals, and deliverables
- Ensure requirements are gathered, documented, reviewed, and approved per standards
- Deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope
- Monitor and track project dependencies
- Create work breakdown structures defining all project activities
- Manage project budget, maintain financial plans, track actuals vs. plan, and provide forecasts
- Allocate resources to ensure project completion within time and budget
- Coordinate priorities and resources between multiple projects
- Provide high-quality written and verbal project communications
- Monitor, track, and manage project tasks, timelines, milestones, and quality
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience
- Ability to build and maintain relationships, partnerships, and external networks
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent customer-facing skills
- Leadership experience
- Experience with wireless projects
- Experience working in hospital environments
- Experience with large/complex nationwide projects
- Excellent research, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection guidelines
- Must pass a drug screening
- Valid state driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Must reside within the continental United States
- Active Top Secret clearance

Work schedule: Dependent on contract needs, including days, nights, weekdays, and weekends. Flexibility required.

Physical Demands
Regularly required to use hands, reach, talk, hear, stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Regularly lift up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Pay
Target salary range: $105,000.00 - $130,000.00. The actual salary will be determined based on education, experience, contract parameters, and organizational requirements.
