About the role
Suffolk is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead project administration, including budget updates, change order management, project closeout, and subcontractor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Budget Updates: Produce forecasts, track costs, and manage exposure analyses.
- Change Order Management: Track PCOs, prepare OCOs, and manage contract allowances.
- Project Close Out: Implement close-out plans, manage compliance, and finalize contract documents.
- Cash Management: Maintain cash flow, review schedules, and ensure timely payments.
- Meeting Management: Establish meeting regiments and manage agendas.
- Subcontractor Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with Subcontractors.
- Risk Management: Complete buy-outs, secure CCD authorizations, and address risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Excellent business judgment and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and financial skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Judgment to escalate issues and strong interpersonal skills.
