Senior Project Manager

About the role

Suffolk is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead project administration, including budget updates, change order management, project closeout, and subcontractor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Budget Updates: Produce forecasts, track costs, and manage the Forecasting Calendar.
• Change Order Management: Track PCOs, prepare OCOs, and manage contract allowances.
• Project Close Out: Implement Close-out Plans, use Noncompliance Reporting System, and manage CCQ forms.
• Owner/Sub Requisition Process: Ensure timely approval and production of Schedule of Values.
• Cash Management: Maintain cash flow, review schedules, and manage Change Orders.
• Meeting Management: Establish meeting regiments and manage agendas.
• Subcontractor Relationships: Build and manage relationships with Subcontractors.
• Risk Management: Complete buy-out process, write notices, and manage coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applicable discipline and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent business judgment and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze financial trade-offs and handle ambiguity.
