What You'll Be Doing

• Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously
• Serving as the Primary Customer Contact
• Leading Project Kickoff Meetings and Execution Planning
• Monitoring Schedules, Commitments, and Project Milestones
• Identifying and Resolving Issues Before They Impact Project Performance
• Cooking with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Quality, and Manufacturing Teams
• Managing Project Scope Changes and Customer Requests
• Maintaining Strong Customer Relationships Throughout Project Execution
• Supporting Project Profitability and Successful Project Closeout

What We're Looking For

• Required: 5+ years of Project Management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, customer-focused mindset, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, experience working in industrial, manufacturing, construction, utility, EPC, or related industries.
• PREFERRED: Structural steel experience, utility or substation industry experience, manufacturing or fabrication experience, experience managing customer-facing projects, ERP software experience.
