Senior Project Manager

About the role

Skanska is searching for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to manage the overall project direction, completion, and financial outcome. This position administers both the owner and subcontractor relationships for assigned projects and may oversee a single large project or multiple projects. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for directing and mentoring on-site staff and requires strong leadership, organizational, time management, communication, and client service skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Broad management knowledge to lead project teams on multiple projects or one large project.
• Mastery-level knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline, with a broad understanding of other areas within the job function.

Pay

Salary range: USD $151,455.00 – $242,420.00 per year.
