Senior Project Manager
JOB SUMMARY
The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for managing projects, consisting of campaign, digital, e-com, GWP, events, in-store visual merchandising and educational materials, across both the Creative and Visual Merchandising teams. This role is a key driver in the day-to-day operations, liaising between both internal and external teams to ensure work is delivered on brief, on budget and on schedule.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You will manage internal creative project operations from brief intake to final asset delivery, including planning, execution and managing timelines, deliverables and feedback loops across all internal creative projects.
- You will calendarize all project milestones, ensuring the right stakeholders are present and available to provide feedback at every stage of the creative process.
- You will coordinate cross-functional team alignment so that activities and deliverables are executed on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality.
- You will ensure standardized processes and templates are maintained and followed correctly across the cross-functional teams (eg, Asana, statuses, deliverables, meeting agendas, summaries, etc)
- You will be accountable for real-time status tracking for all active projects.
- Relationship Management: establish and maintain strong and collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- You will coordinate with Production and Procurement teams to ensure needs for photo and video shoots and in-store displays are properly communicated and stay within budget.
- QC all work before releasing to brand team and vendors.
- You will collaborate with the EMEA Region to Identify opportunities to share creative assets and production runs of elements such as tester units, GWP bags, fixtures, etc. for cost savings.
- You will identify further opportunities for efficiency, automation, and streamlining of process, including upfront planning, and retrospective learnings.
- You will lead a weekly team status meeting demonstrating a comprehensive analysis of all work streams and identify weekly goals.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 6+ years of related industry experience, preferably agency or client direct.
- You have experience developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- You have excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to work well in teams.
- You have agency experience in beauty, fashion or luxury.
- You can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- You can self-prioritize and prioritize for others the tasks associated with producing brand specific work
- You have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- You have outstanding work ethic with the ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
- You must possess a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment with multidisciplinary teams.

Pay and Benefits
The base pay for this position may vary based on geographic location. Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job-specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience.
