Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager – SSC will lead the successful execution of critical initiatives, process improvement, and partner with leaders on change management within the Student Success Center (SSC). This role will serve as a trusted partner to SSC and cross-functional leaders to drive transformation.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Lead the end-to-end execution and communication of complex, multi-stakeholder projects that span strategy, operations, analytics, marketing, and frontline teams.
- Translate strategic initiatives into actionable project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Cross-functional coordination
- Coordinate cross-functional work, ensuring alignment on goals, accountability, and deliverables.
- Resource planning
- Anticipate roadblocks and dependencies for meeting project outcomes and leverage subject matter expertise to make recommendations, escalating where appropriate.

- Governance & Documentation
- Support the evolution of the SSC project management office as projects and the team grow.
- Contribute to and document developing project management processes and operating rhythms across SSC, with recommendations for scalable solutions (anticipating growth).
- Flexibility & responsiveness
- Operate with flexibility and responsiveness in a fast-evolving environment where priorities may shift.
- Playbook development
- Develop and maintain an SSC PM playbook, documenting improvements within the function over time.
- Support the evolution of the SSC project management office as projects and the team grow.
- Reporting
- Manage documentation, issue resolution, reporting, and communication cadences that support stakeholder trust and transparency.
- Prepare clear, concise presentations to communicate progress and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (with preference in Business/Workforce/Operations Management, Statistics, Economics/Finance or related fields)
- Minimum of 4 years’ project management experience in complex work environments (projects with multiple stakeholder groups).
- PMP, ScrumMaster or equivalent
- Analytical Skills
- PM Tools (Wrike, Workfront, Asana)
- Communication Skills (Oral & Written)
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Presentation Skills
