Responsibilities
- Drive business critical projects to completion, owning discovery to delivery and holding yourself and the project team accountable to meet timelines
- Demonstrate exceptional project management skills through building and managing integrated project plans across teams, aligning scope, timelines, dependencies, and resources
- Act as a key partner to leaders within IT, Finance, and other operational stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable plans
- Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and keep initiatives on track in fast-moving environments
- Deliver clear, concise updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership, and drive alignment on priorities and outcomes
- Identify and implement improvements to project delivery, governance, and cross-functional collaboration
- Support best practices in project management and help elevate capabilities across teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs
- Proven ability to lead enterprise-level initiatives from planning through execution
- Strong experience managing technical and cross functional projects with IT enterprise and financial stems in scope (e.g. ERP, ITGC)
- Exceptional communication skills, including experience working with senior leadership
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity
- Demonstrated success managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and dependencies simultaneously
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
Qualifications
- Experience with ITGC, audit, or compliance-related programs
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Salesforce, and Excel
- Background in high-growth or scaling organizations

Benefits
Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $96,000 and $144,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
