Senior Project Manager
Flexible Project Manager who will manage multiple complex projects to completion on an on-call/as-needed basis in and out of the state of Missouri. The role requires frequent travel and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining focus under pressure across multiple sites simultaneously.
About the role
The Project Manager will lead projects through every stage of the project life cycle, from planning to delivery, and serve as a key member of the corporate team. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining strong rapport with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, as well as mentoring support staff. This role involves overseeing Janitor and Custodial Services, Supplies, Small Construction, Landscaping, Power Washing, facility and parking lot management, and other assigned duties.
The Project Manager acts as the principal point of contact between the Contractor and the client or Government agency, facilitating contract renewals, maintaining contract compliance, and responding to risks on a weekly basis. The role requires a flexible, discreet, and professional demeanor, serving as the conduit between site operations and corporate management.
Responsibilities
- Act as REGENCY representative for client liaison and management; represent the company in client meetings
- Lead the implementation of safety and quality programs and maintain high safety and quality awareness to ensure compliance
- Understand client scope of services and monitor the administration of applicable contracts
- Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner; comply with all policies and ethical business practices
- Discuss changes to the scope of work with COR/client and ensure compliance
- Ensure follow-up on instructions and commitments associated with multiple projects
- Review site safety plans, quality plans, and other documents annually to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Establish regular internal meetings to review project status and address risks
- Produce project reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for bid activities and project performance
- Ensure compliance with REGENCY corporate governance and Integrated Management Systems (ADP, TRICOR, etc.)
- Oversee overall performance, including contractual, financial, and technical aspects of project sites within a defined region
- Hold sub-contracting entities accountable for contracted scope of work/services
- Assess and remediate basic technical/mechanical issues on projects
Requirements
- PMP or equivalent accreditation required in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related technical field
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise in project management through all phases of a project life cycle
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, ADP, and Clean-Check
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong management, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to present technical information clearly and concisely
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and recommend practical solutions

Qualifications
- Certification in Facility, Janitorial, Custodial, or Project Management field
- 2+ years of professional experience, including experience in large facility management in the U.S.
- 3+ years of management experience supporting government, railroad, janitorial/custodial, or non-profit facilities
- 3+ years of supervision experience within the last seven years
- Fluency in spoken and written English
Preferred qualifications include OSHA 30 and EM385-1-1 hazard recognition certification, three years of experience leading major government or private industry programs valued at $1M+, and a proven track record in project control, risk management, and quality assurance.

Pay
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually
