Responsibilities

  • Drive the successful delivery of complex, high-value construction projects
  • Contribute to business growth and team development
  • Own client relationships at a strategic level
  • Lead project teams through all phases of execution
  • Ensure strong financial performance, risk management, and operational excellence
  • Play a key role in business development by identifying new opportunities, leading pursuits, and representing the company in client-facing engagements
  • Mentor and develop Project Managers and junior staff
  • Drive best practices across teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a Commercial Interior Project Manager, with a proven track record managing highly detailed, high-value corporate interior projects
  • Required experience leading high-rise commercial tenant improvement projects
  • Demonstrated expertise in project scheduling, scope development, contract review, financial oversight, and risk management
  • Strong ability to win and execute profitable, high-quality projects, including pitching and interviewing for new client work
  • Proven success in client retention, relationship management, and delivering a premier client experience
  • Cover letter required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
  • Strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to balance project execution with client engagement and long-term growth
  • Professional communication skills with clients, project partners, and stakeholders
  • Positive attitude, strong team orientation, and a commitment to excellence in execution

Skills

  • Project management and scheduling software proficiency
  • Attention to detail and quality control
  • Understanding of construction processes, drawings, documents, RFIs, and submittals
  • Ability to build and maintain a strong PM–Superintendent partnership
  • Strategic oversight of field teams, trade partners, and vendors
  • Ability to facilitate punch list completion, quality control, and project closeout
  • Leadership and mentoring abilities
