About the role
The Human Capital Management (HCM) Department offers comprehensive HCM services to all organizational units and is undergoing significant transformation. The focus is on modernizing employee experiences, updating processes and systems, and developing talent. We seek an experienced Change Manager to collaborate with the HCM Management team during this pivotal period. As part of the HCM COO Team, this role will oversee and execute change management activities for large-scale projects and initiatives.
Most Important Skills
- Experience in Change Management, particularly in HR, with a preference for finance
- Proven ability to lead strategy changes, implement processes, and develop content and communication plans
Responsibilities
- Provide change management support for global initiatives aimed at transforming HCM department operations
- Conduct stakeholder mapping and change impact analysis to make strategic change approach recommendations, including engagement activities, communications, training, and go-live support
- Assist Project Leads in simplifying complex information into accessible content for various forums, including executive talking points and PowerPoint presentations
- Prepare for and support Change Management Lead meetings with internal and client stakeholders
- Support team members and change champions across different teams and locations
- Ensure a consistent change management approach across regional projects, while tailoring it to individual project needs
- Manage administrative tasks, including meeting scheduling, forum planning, and workshops
Qualifications
- Proven skills in change and project management
- University degree or at least 4 years of experience in Change or Project Management
- Strong client focus with excellent judgment, analytical, critical thinking, influencing, and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships across regions and functions, collaborating with team members at all levels
- Comfortable with the uncertainties of a dynamic, evolving organization
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-change environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent prioritization skills
- Strong business writing capabilities
- Organizational skills to manage multiple demands and shifting priorities
- Hands-on experience in change management
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and general MS-Office applications
