Senior Project Manager

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to work at one of the fastest-growing airports in the US. This position will start as a part-time position ramping up to full-time by December 2026.

What You'll Be Doing

• Performance of senior project management services associated with design, construction, commissioning, ORAT and closeout phases of complex terminals, apron expansions and other passenger handling facilities.
• Demonstrable establishment of collaborative relationships with stakeholders involved in planning, design, construction, testing and turn-over of airport facilities (airport, community and government).
• Experience in the development of new terminal buildings on existing building sites and/or within highly constrained construction sites is desirable.
• Demonstrable experience leading design and/or construction teams in delivery of large, complex terminal building projects and airside projects.
• Facilitation of collaborative communication between all stakeholders for successful delivery of the project as a part of the overall program.
• Ensure effective and timely communication between the various project teams, stakeholders and owners’ teams.
• Provide oversight and management of the scope of work, budget and schedule for the project, including risk and change management.
• Serve as the principal point of contact for management of all contracts associated with the project.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree Engineering or related technical/business field
• 15+ years of related work experience is required
• Previous project management experience on similar or related projects

Desired Skills

• P.E. licensure
• Procore experience
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the management of complex terminal projects at medium to large airports and 10+ years of total experience
• Five years in a design, construction or project management role for airports of similar scope and size
• Expert level project management skills specific to large scale program delivery

Pay

Salary Range: $64.47 - $116.06
