About the role
We are seeking a full-time Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years' related experience for our Kansas City studio location.
Responsibilities
- Develops detailed project plans and milestones and defines project scope effectively.
- Provides strong leadership and guidance by fostering collaboration and team communication.
- Maintains client expectations and resolves client concerns constructively.
- Ensures design quality and compliance.
- Manages project fees and financials.
- Provides technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
Requirements
- Professional degree in architecture
- Professional architecture license
- Minimum of 10 years' related experience
- Proficiency with Revit 2025
- Strong skills in communication, design, consultant coordination, construction administration, and drawing
- Able to create new ideas both independently and in collaboration
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset
- Confident communicator and relationship builder
- Curious, culturally attuned, and design-literate
- Detail-oriented with strong editorial judgment
