Senior Project Manager
About the role
The Pega Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that use Pega (Pegasystems) technology, typically for business process management (BPM), case management, and digital transformation initiatives.
Technical Skills
- Typically, 5–10+ years in IT project management
- Experience leading onshore/offshore teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of Pega Platform (PRPC)
- Knowledge of BPM, case management, and workflow automation
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with project management tools
Process Skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work with others in a team environment
- Ability to work on aggressive schedules may require occasional work beyond normal hours (weekends or evenings)
Leadership and team management
- Communication and stakeholder handling
- Problem-solving and decision-making

- Good communication
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification (preferred)
- Pega certification (like Certified Pega Business Architect or System Architect) is a plus
