Senior Project Manager

General Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large, complex construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee forecasting, reporting, and project controls.
• Support and guide Project Managers, ensuring effective use of processes, people, and technology.
• Build strong client relationships, support business development, and collaborate across teams to meet company growth and profitability goals.
• Uphold all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Essential Duties

• Lead planning and execution of complex construction projects.
• Manage strategic forecasting, reporting, and project documentation.
• Ensure effective processes, staffing, and technology use across assigned Project Managers.
• Strengthen client relationships and support new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership and teams company-wide.
• Provide mentoring and development for Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Represent the company at industry and networking events.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, operational, and regulatory policies.
• Respond to project-related inquiries and perform additional duties as needed.

Education/Experience

• Minimum 5-7 years' experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contracts construction preferred.
