General Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver large, complex construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Oversee forecasting, reporting, and project controls.
- Support and guide Project Managers, ensuring effective use of processes, people, and technology.
- Build strong client relationships, support business development, and collaborate across teams to meet company growth and profitability goals.
- Uphold all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Essential Duties
- Lead planning and execution of complex construction projects.
- Manage strategic forecasting, reporting, and project documentation.
- Ensure effective processes, staffing, and technology use across assigned Project Managers.
- Strengthen client relationships and support new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership and teams company-wide.
- Provide mentoring and development for Project Managers and Superintendents.
- Represent the company at industry and networking events.
- Maintain compliance with all safety, operational, and regulatory policies.
- Respond to project-related inquiries and perform additional duties as needed.

Education/Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contracts construction preferred.
- A B.S. or B.A. degree in a related field of study preferred; specific training and education focused on the construction project management discipline.
