Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in driving execution across multiple digital, print, video, live, and custom programs. The primary responsibility of this position is to facilitate projects in a consistent and collaborative manner, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kick-off meetings, organizing stakeholders and creating agendas that clearly define tasks, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines across multiple departments, continuously updating to ensure timely delivery.
• Anticipate risks and collaborate with project teams to proactively identify solutions.
• Utilize Workfront daily for project tracking, organization, and communication.
• Led internal and external status meetings, providing detailed reports with KPIs and project charters.
• Cook logistics for virtual and in-studio productions, including recruitment, scheduling, planning, and day-of execution.
• Manage execution of projects across product families: digital, print, video, virtual and live events, and custom programs.
• Actively participate in leadership and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience: 4–5+ years of project management or similar experience required.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance and medical/legal/regulatory review processes preferred.
• Workfront or similar project management software experience preferred.
• Skills: Clear oral and written communication; strong leadership, interpersonal, and facilitation skills; proven conflict resolution and consensus-building ability; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe PDF, and Zoom/Microsoft Teams.
• Proficiency in AI-powered tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Copilot); ability to leverage AI to enhance content creation, campaign optimization, and workflow efficiency.
