Job Description
The Senior Project Manager will lead a project to modernize and unify the Medical Management Solutions (MMS) Global Customer Service (GCS) ecosystem by focusing on simplified workflows, enhanced recall management traceability, and real-time reporting for faster decision-making and reduced compliance risk. The Senior Project Manager drives the delivery of the project through advanced project management techniques and methodologies, aligned with PMI best practices.
Key Skills, Experience, & Responsibilities
- 7 - 10 years senior project management experience using PMI guidelines.
- Partners with project sponsors and stakeholders to define project objectives and business case.
- Takes ownership for delivering project objectives and deliverables. Drives project execution to meet project schedule, cost and quality requirements.
- Establishes project governance structures and defines processes for reporting, review, and approval of project objectives and deliverables.
- Experience with Telephony and CRM Technologies (Genesys PureCloud, Salesforce).
- Experience managing projects technical projects involving multiple vendors and integrations.
- Experience managing projects that involve applications such as SAP, SFDC, MuleSoft and the implications associated with their respective release cycles and schedule constraints.
- Familiarity with working in a regulated environment (GxP), including ensuring audit preparation/documentation is completed and compliant.
- Experience managing projects that include IT software development activities that follow the traditional Software Development Life Cycle (design, development, testing, UAT, deployment activities).
- Experience managing projects with IT components that are delivered using various methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid (practical experience, not just training, certification, or theory).
- Liaise between the IT, business teams, and multiple vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Experience with executive-level communications, written & oral.
- Proficient in using Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams, MS Project).

- Program Management Concepts: Has technical and practical knowledge of core Program Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) concepts and principles (e.g., agile, work breakdown structure, waterfall planning).
- Demonstrated experience managing/leading projects from initiation through closure.
- Skilled in establishing detailed definition of scope, schedule, resources, and budget using standard project management processes, tools, and templates (MS Project/SharePoint/etc.).
- Experienced in establishing various Management Plans for key Knowledge Areas: Schedule, Scope, Resource, Finance/Budget, Stakeholder, Risk/Issue, etc.
- Experienced in establishing and ensuring adherence to governance/controls for project change control, and project status/progress reporting.
- Proactive in identifying and collaboratively addressing risks and issues. Ability to engage Project Team and stakeholder community/sponsorship to address risks and issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications
- Minimum Requirements (Must Haves): 7 years of project management work experience using PMI guidelines.
- Preferred PMP, or other PMI Certification, or equivalent.
- BS in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Engineering, or related degree that provide foundational skills that foster success in managing projects.
- Prior experience working in organizations performing process documentation or implementation of business process outsourcing models.
- Experience or background in medical device Field Service implementations.
