About the role
This position offers the opportunity to manage multiple commercial construction projects, impacting the community positively.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
- Lead projects through preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasting.
- Oversee subcontractor selection, contract administration, and performance.
- Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and field leadership.
- Identify and proactively manage project risks and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
- Mentor and develop project engineers and assistant project managers.
- Prepare and present project updates to executive leadership and clients.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
Requirements
- Commercial construction project management experience managing projects valued at $20M+.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contract management, and project controls.
- Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
- Able to travel locally to project sites as needed.

Pay
$120,000 - $150,000 annually, based on experience.
