About the role

This position offers the opportunity to manage multiple commercial construction projects, impacting the community positively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
  • Lead projects through preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasting.
  • Oversee subcontractor selection, contract administration, and performance.
  • Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and field leadership.
  • Identify and proactively manage project risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
  • Mentor and develop project engineers and assistant project managers.
  • Prepare and present project updates to executive leadership and clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business.

Requirements

  • Commercial construction project management experience managing projects valued at $20M+.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contract management, and project controls.
  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Able to travel locally to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

  • Commercial construction project management experience managing projects valued at $20M+.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contract management, and project controls.
