Senior Project Manager

Job Description

As Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects throughout Manhattan
• Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and risk mitigation
• Cook up coordination with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Oversee project teams to ensure successful execution and delivery
• Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation
• Maintain a watchful eye on project performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures
• Support business development efforts and client relationship management
