Senior Project Manager
Job Description
Manage numerous concurrent construction projects across multiple states and jurisdictions.
Serve as a leadership resource and escalation point for the project management team.
Mentor, coach, and support Project Managers while maintaining responsibility for your own projects.
Build and maintain detailed project schedules from preconstruction through closeout.
Identify schedule risks and implement recovery plans when necessary.
Oversee permitting, inspections, subcontractor coordination, project buyout, and procurement activities.
Manage project financials, budgets, forecasting, change orders, and reporting.
Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, superintendents, and traveling field teams.
Lead client communications and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Monitor company-wide project performance and proactively identify issues before they become significant problems.
Support punch list completion, turnover, and project closeout activities.
Operate independently and resolve issues without requiring frequent escalation to executive leadership.
