  • Review architectural and design decisions to minimize technical debt and improve long-term maintainability.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Support teams to enhance system reliability, monitoring, observability, and incident response.
  • Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to business and executive stakeholders.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream technical programs.
  • Coordinate efforts across Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Product, and Business teams.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource planning.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technical, delivery, and integration risks.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability to ensure delivery commitments are achieved.
  • Facilitate technical decision-making sessions and remove delivery roadblocks.
  • Provide executive-level status reporting, highlighting risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and key decisions.
  • Manage impacts to scope, schedule, and budget resulting from evolving technical requirements.
  • Ensure program execution aligns with enterprise priorities, architectural standards, and operational readiness.
  • Lead post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned to improve future program delivery.
  • Act as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution to deliver measurable business value.

Requirements

  • Strong experience leading enterprise-scale technical programs.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise application architecture, systems integration, and infrastructure.
  • Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams across multiple workstreams.
  • Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
