Senior Project Manager

About the role

Responsible for leading project execution teams in delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget. Collaborates with clients to understand project requirements and ensures successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project teams to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, coordinating with stakeholders to make informed decisions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors to maintain project alignment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or project execution.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience with project management software such as Primavera or MS Project.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
