Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project execution plans and schedules.
- Cookordination with Superintendents to optimize cost, schedule, and field performance.
- Monitor project budgets, pay applications, and change orders to meet financial targets.
- Prepare project reports identifying progress, risks, and required actions.
- Support early project development and client submissions.
- Conduct regular project meetings with internal teams and trade partners.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
- Foster a positive team environment and support staff development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant commercial construction experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Current OSHA 30 Hour Certification
