Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects, including various phases from identification to financial closeout
- Lead diverse project teams including architects and contractors to achieve project goals
- Provide weekly updates on project schedule, budget, and risks to management
- Develop risk management plans to ensure project integrity and avoid incidents
- Prepare accurate project documentation for all construction phases on time and in appropriate formats
- Oversee vendors to ensure compliance with project policies, completing project closeouts efficiently
- Apply project management skills to assess client needs and define project scope
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field preferred
- Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management certification preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in design and construction
- Experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations required
- Experience with ground-up construction required
- Experience in Financial Services is preferred but not required

$115,000 – $123,200 annually
