Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects, including various phases from identification to financial closeout
• Lead diverse project teams including architects and contractors to achieve project goals
• Provide weekly updates on project schedule, budget, and risks to management
• Develop risk management plans to ensure project integrity and avoid incidents
• Prepare accurate project documentation for all construction phases on time and in appropriate formats
• Oversee vendors to ensure compliance with project policies, completing project closeouts efficiently
• Apply project management skills to assess client needs and define project scope

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field preferred
• Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management certification preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in design and construction
• Experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations required
• Experience with ground-up construction required
• Experience in Financial Services is preferred but not required

Pay

$115,000 – $123,200 annually
