Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project management including team coordination and communication with stakeholders
• Develop and refine comprehensive project plans detailing goals and risk management strategies
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure project stays on track
• Oversee project budgets and financial targets, managing resources effectively
• Collaborate with project managers to identify and manage cross-team dependencies
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure delivery aligns with project scope and quality standards
• Anticipate project performance and mitigate risks through proactive actions and planning

Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant project management experience with analytical skills for vague tasks
• Experience leading and delivering software projects using various methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps)
• Proven track record of managing remote teams of 10+ members and cross-disciplinary projects
• Expertise in collaborating with technical teams including software and data engineers
• Strong executive communication skills and experience interacting with C-level executives
• Ability to mentor junior project managers and enhance PM capabilities within the organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative tools like SharePoint and Confluence

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually

Schedule
