About the role

A dynamic, experienced and enthusiastic Senior Project Manager is sought to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry with extensive knowledge and experience in managing project budgets, schedules, risk mitigation, and resource planning.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
  • Managing project budgets, schedules, risk mitigation, and resource planning.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for project-related issues.
  • Cooking MEP systems and ensuring they align with project specifications and standards.
  • Conducting construction reviews and technical design execution to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Delivering executive level reporting including financial forecasts and project performance updates.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Identifying potential project risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensuring project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Leading and mentoring project team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in managing project budgets, schedules, risk mitigation, and resource planning.
  • Extensive knowledge of MEP systems coordination and construction reviews.
  • Proficiency in technical design execution and project performance updates.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be an added advantage.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
