As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the delivery of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through final close-out.
- Leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and schedule performance.
- Serving as the primary client contact and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Overseeing project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Coordinating internal teams, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
- Driving proactive decision-making to resolve challenges and deliver successful outcomes.
- Mentoring and developing junior project staff.

Qualifications
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in commercial construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and develop junior staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risks effectively
- Experience working with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
Skills
Desired skills include:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel as needed

Pay
The base salary range for this position is up to $160,000 based upon experience.
Schedule
The position is full-time and requires occasional travel as needed.
