About the role

We are an Indianapolis General Contractor focused on teamwork and integrity. We handle all aspects of the construction process, including planning, estimating, value engineering, management, and safety for your construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Run projects from cradle to grave within the Commercial, Healthcare, MF, K-12, Retail, Restaurant ($20M - $50M) verticals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Think critically and make decisions under pressure.
• Use Procore project management software, Bluebeam or similar tools.
• Manage construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Communicate effectively and lead teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in the self-perform space.
• Proficient in using Procore project management software, Bluebeam or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Pay

$115,000 - $140,000 per year
