A well-established commercial construction firm is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities
- Lead the overall planning, execution, and closeout of commercial construction projects
- Manage project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting, and financial performance
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and procurement timelines
- Oversee subcontractor and vendor coordination, contracts, and field execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and internal leadership
- Partner with estimating, preconstruction, field operations, and accounting teams to support project success
- Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
- Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and maintain progress toward schedule and budget goals
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and contract requirements
- Mentor and support junior project management staff while helping drive consistency in project delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
- Significant experience managing ground-up and/or interior commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control
- Experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software platforms
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage several priorities while maintaining attention to detail and client service
Pay
$140,000 - $190,000 per year
