Job Details:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the delivery of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through final close-out.
- You will lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and schedule performance.
- You will serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong, trust-based relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- You will oversee project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- You will coordinate internal teams, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
- You will drive proactive decision-making to resolve challenges and deliver successful outcomes.
- You will mentor and develop junior project staff.
