Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through closeout in the West Palm Beach market.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and owner relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Serve as the primary owner's representative, upholding client interests and maintaining clear, proactive communication throughout all project phases.
- Coordinate with project superintendents, engineers, estimators, and accountants to drive a cohesive team approach on every job.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare facility construction standards, infection control requirements (ICRA/ILSM), and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, with a strong focus on healthcare facilities.
- Proven track record successfully delivering large-scale hospital, medical office, or acute-care construction projects.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare construction regulations including Joint Commission standards, FGI guidelines, and ICRA protocols.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills with the ability to represent the owner's interests at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; PMP or CCM certification a plus.
