What You Will Need to Succeed
- 3–6 years of progressive project management experience, with demonstrated ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices; proficiency in project management and collaboration software (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, laboratory operations, or technology environments a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- PMP or equivalent certification helpful but not required.
Location
This role is open to those driving distance to our Westbrook, Maine HQ, working in a hybrid capacity (approximately 8 days per month onsite).

What You Can Expect From Us
- Base annual salary target: $120000 - $140000 (flexibility available if needed)
